As the Vice President of Product Management, Delivery & Returns for Pitney Bowes Global e-commerce division, Chris played a pivotal role in shaping strategy and delivering innovative transportation and technology solutions for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to his tenure at Pitney Bowes, Chris honed his skills during a 14-year tenure at DHL, a renowned international logistics and e-commerce giant. In his capacity as the Director of Product Management for DHL's e-commerce arm, he focused on streamlining and revolutionizing international B2C e-commerce for retailers, partners, and platforms, particularly bridging the gap between the USA and the global marketplace.
Chris's leadership acumen extends beyond his corporate roles; he also served as the Executive Officer (EO) of Eurora's US operations, further solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the e-commerce landscape.

Glen Ford has worked for over 30 years in the postal, logistics and freight forwarding fields focused on building profitable businesses, great teams and developing long lasting relationships.
He embarked on his professional journey with New Zealand Post, joining their graduate program and steadily ascending to Senior Management positions across various posts in New Zealand, Spain, and South Africa. His expertise caught the attention of Swiss Post who recruited him in 2001, where he made significant contributions by spearheading an innovative shared transportation system for postal administrations globally. He excelled in nurturing robust connections with CEOs and senior executives, cementing his pivotal role within the organization
After the success of this endeavor, Deutsche Post sought out Glen to join their ranks, aiming to further advance a comparable system they had established. This journey led to his leadership of the Global Match business in the Americas. Subsequently, he transitioned into senior positions in operational management and airline procurement before assuming the role of Vice President of Product Management for a $120 million international product.
In 2011, Glen took on the role of CEO at Bpost International Americas, overseeing all aspects of the business and achieving a remarkable revenue growth of 100%.
Driven by a lifelong dream rooted in an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, Glen passionately co-founded several successful ventures over the span of a decade.
